UY Collection ships internationally from three fulfilment locations in the United States, United Kingdom and Pakistan.

Your order is dispatched from the location where the product is available and where fulfilment is most suitable for your destination.

We use established international shipping providers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail and Skynet.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer flat and discounted international shipping on eligible orders.

Shipping charges can vary according to the order and destination, and selected orders may qualify for free shipping when the applicable order value or promotional condition is met.

Where free shipping is available, the qualifying order amount and applicable conditions will be shown or communicated at the time of purchase.

International customers should always review the shipping information applicable to their order before completing checkout.

Free shipping availability can vary by destination, order value, product type and promotion. If your order qualifies, the applicable shipping charge will be removed or adjusted according to the terms of the offer.

Free shipping does not necessarily mean that customs duties or import taxes are included. Customers should check whether the selected shipping service is Delivery Duty Paid.

Duties & Taxes

Selected international shipping services are available on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

When a DDP service is selected, applicable customs duties and taxes can be handled as part of the shipping service, reducing the likelihood of customers being asked to make a separate payment to the courier upon delivery.

DDP availability depends on the destination country, courier and shipment requirements.

If a Delivery Duty Paid service is not available for your destination or is not selected for your order, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or destination charges may be payable by the customer.

Customs rules differ between countries, and UY Collection cannot guarantee that every destination will have the same duty or tax treatment.

Where We Ship From

UY Collection operates with stock and fulfilment capability across three locations.

Our United States location allows eligible products to be shipped locally or internationally from the US.

Our United Kingdom location allows eligible products to be fulfilled from the UK for customers in the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Our Pakistan location provides access to Pakistani stock, designer collections and customized products that may not be available in our overseas locations.

The location from which your order is shipped depends on product availability, stock position and destination.

This multi location fulfilment model allows UY Collection to serve international customers while maintaining access to Pakistani fashion and customization.

Customs & Delivery Times

International orders may pass through customs in the destination country.

Customs processing times are outside the direct control of UY Collection and can vary depending on the destination country's customs authority, shipment volume, documentation and local regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with applicable import requirements.

Where duties and taxes are not included through a Delivery Duty Paid service, the customer may be responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

UY Collection provides shipment documentation appropriate to the order and shipping requirements.
